Pico de Gallo Recipe

This is why I have a garden. I know it’ll taste even better tomorrow – but it is sooo good right now!

Pico de Gallo 2-1/2 c of tomatoes (Roma work best)

2 jalepanos

1 medium onion

1/4 c cilantro

garlic salt

juice of 1 lemon

    I make this, but with a poblano and a can of black beans in addition.
